Women Our Age is a body-wise, interactive series that blends movement with practical guidance for navigating the physical, emotional, and relational shifts that come with age. Each episode invites viewers to move with intention, laugh with ease, and reflect with compassion, combining somatic therapy, mindfulness practices, and real talk about life’s changes. With humor and expert insight, host Angel Howard helps women reconnect to their bodies and move through the world with confidence.

Each 30-minute episode begins with an overview: Angel sets the theme and highlights a corresponding area of the body. Backed by music, Angel guides viewers through 5 minutes of intentional movement, helping shift stuck energy and bridge the mind-body gap. After, the show transitions to a 15-minute, real-talk interview with a featured expert, diving deep, with honesty, into the topic at hand. Each episode closes by tying the theme back to daily life, with a soft push toward self-awareness, body connection, and aging with strength. Women, ages 45-70, who wish to feel more connected to life and have fun while doing it 2.7 million PBS viewers within 1.9 million households across multiple US states. "Women Our Age" will air on East Tennessee PBS twice a week, on Saturday and Sunday mornings, as part of the wellness block. It will also be available to stream on PBS Passport, YouTube, and the East Tennessee PBS website.
